Garden to Table Spring Cooking Workshop

About this Event
Our bodies work best when we are feeding them fresh, local, and seasonal foods. The things that grow at different times in the year are the things our bodies need during those times. Spring harvested foods help our bodies detox from a long, taxing winter. And the way you prepare them makes all the difference in how much they help your body.
If you’ve worked hard to grow your own garden foods, or have found a great Farmer’s market or friend that has extra produce, you need to learn what to do with those foods. Join Dr. Michelle as she teaches you easy, 30 minutes to the table meals that you can make straight from the garden tomorrow.
This will be a LIVE hands-on cooking class. There are limited spots available at the Living Well homestead, so sign up early to reserve your spot. You will be cooking right along with Dr. Michelle and enjoying the fresh food you’ve made at the end. All ingredients and cooking implements included.
The class will also be streamed live online, and you will receive a shopping list of ingredients to get together before the class if you want to cook along with the live class, or just watch and learn and make these dishes on your own time.
