Peachy Keen Gut Well Smoothie Ingredients:

Living Well with Dr. Michelle Gut Well Powder – Gut Well is made from amino acids, plant extracts, and minerals to rebuild and maintain the stomach lining and function.

Banana- Bananas soothe the gut because they have a lot of pectin, a soluble fiber which regulates bowel function.

Peach– Peaches have insoluble fiber which improves regularity and bowel movement.

Dates– Dates contain prebiotics that maintain and improve the community of bacteria in your gut and overall body.

Yogurt – Yogurt is rich in probiotics, which support your immune system and maintain levels of good bacteria in the gut.  Yogurt also improves symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.

Oat Milk – Oats have Beta-glucan fiber which provides prebiotics and enhances gut health and immunity.

Vanilla – Vanilla soothes the stomach and reduces inflammation in the digestive tract.

Prep time




  • 1 scoop Living Well with Dr. Michelle Gut Well Powder

  • 1 banana

  • ½ Cup frozen peaches

  • 1 date

  • ½ Cup plain, unsweetened yogurt

  • ½ Cup oat milk (or more as needed to blend)

  • ¼ t vanilla extract


  • Blend all together until smooth, adding more oat milk if needed to blend.
