Peachy Keen Gut Well Smoothie Ingredients:

Living Well with Dr. Michelle Gut Well Powder – Gut Well is made from amino acids, plant extracts, and minerals to rebuild and maintain the stomach lining and function.

  • 1 scoop Living Well with Dr. Michelle Gut Well Powder

  • 1 banana

  • ½ Cup frozen peaches

  • 1 date

  • ½ Cup plain, unsweetened yogurt

  • ½ Cup oat milk (or more as needed to blend)

  • ¼ t vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend all together until smooth, adding more oat milk if needed to blend.
