If you use our Remineralizing Tooth Powder, brush first and wait 3–5 minutes before using the mouthwash. This allows enamel-supporting minerals from brushing to remain on the teeth before rinsing.

Avoid rinsing with water afterward to allow the ingredients—especially the prebiotics and botanicals—to remain on the gums and teeth longer, continuing to support gum comfort and oral balance.

    Soothing Mint delight!

    I’ve had periodontal issues, and just had my latest dentist appointment. They didn’t really say anything about deep pockets everywhere like I had initially a year+ ago. I had some but I really didn’t get lectured or recommended a lot of protocol like in the past. I like to think it has to do with this mouthwash, the tooth powder and oil pulling. Tastes good too!
