We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

  • Returns are refunded to the original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable).
  • Exchanges ship free and are available for products of equal value.
  • If your return is beyond 30 days, we offer store credit for returns up to 60 days after purchase.

: If you purchased a bundle, all items within the bundle must be returned together for a refund. Partial refunds for bundles will not be issued.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help!

Order Cancellations and Changes

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, you have 1 hour from the time of purchase to request changes.
  • Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes.

If an undeliverable package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you for further instructions.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $125
  • Orders under $125 are charged actual shipping rates calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery within the continental U.S.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

Promotions and Discounts

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or subscriptions.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

Orders placed on LivingWellWithDrMichelle.com are subject to the following terms and policies. Ordering requires acknowledgement that you agree to the order terms and policies.

Order Terms

Once an order has been processed, it is sent directly to the fulfillment  center and cannot be changed. However, we offer a 30-minute window to make adjustments to the address or cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or change the order. See return policy.

Discount codes cannot be stacked with any other sale, discount or subscription order.

Living Well with Dr. Michelle is only responsible for sending packages to the address provided by the customer. Any order not received by the customer due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be replaced.

If you haven’t received your package in 7-10 days, we have reached out via email to resolve the invalid address concern. 

We are not responsible for damages to the product due to extreme weather conditions. 

Shipping Terms

United States  Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders totaling $125 or more for orders placed within the United States. Automatically applied at checkout.  

Orders under $125 or those shipped outside the United States will be charged the actual cost of shipping and handling as charged by USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on size and weight of the items purchased.

  • Third-Party items do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Additional shipping charges will apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered for orders placed within the continental United States. If your order was placed during a sale or peak season like a holiday, processing times may be extended to 5-12 business days. 

International Shipping

Returns

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you received your first order, to request a return for a refund of the product to your original payment method. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. No exchanges.

The refund does not include the original cost of shipping or the shipping costs to return the product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

To start the return process, email support@livingwellwithdrmichelle.com for an RMA number and return address. When possible, use the original packaging to ship the products. 

Requests for refunds are eligible for online purchases only. 

If you purchased from a retail location you will need to follow the retailer’s return policy.

If you purchased from us at an expo, health fair or conference, all sales are final unless the product is found faulty.

Digital downloads cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Customers have 2 weeks to send back their package and provide a tracking number to Customer Support. We can be reached at support@livingwellwithdrmichelle.com.

Return Processing Time

Returns typically take  7-10 business days to process after the package is delivered to the fulfillment center. It may take longer during peak seasons (holidays, special events, sales).

Once completed, it may take your bank an additional 2-7 days to post the refund to the original payment method. 

 If a return package is not received by us, a refund will not be issued.

Lost Packages and Damaged Products

Living Well with Dr. Michelle is only responsible for sending packages to the address provided by the customer. Any order not received by the customer due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be replaced or refunded.

If a package was never received/lost, the customer will need to file a claim with USPS within 30 days of the shipping date. If a package is damaged resulting in broken product/s, the customer will need to file a claim with USPS. To receive a replacement, please send a picture of the USPS claim received email or physical claim receipt along with the claim number from USPS to support@livingwellwithdrmichelle.com
