Phase 1_ Started with the HCL and Gut Soothe, already have felt a lot of bloat relief. Did not realize all of these years I have been low on HCL; was told by another doctor recently... As we age we become deficient of the stomach acid needed to digest our food. I will be retesting with the baking soda in a day to see if I burp in 1-2 minutes, if not will continue with Phase 1.
