One jar will usually last about 200 brushes, which for most people is about 3 months.

You get your brush slightly wet, tap it into the powder. Brush your teeth thoroughly as you normally would. Once you’re finished brushing you, you can spit out the excess but don’t rinse. Simply leave the powder on your teeth—it’s a gentle way to extend your oral care after brushing.
