At Serenity Sleep & TMJ Center, we believe the mouth is an important part of the whole body—and that sleep, breathing, airway health, jaw function, and overall wellness are deeply connected.

Our approach goes beyond treating isolated symptoms. We look at the bigger picture, considering how the airway, tongue, jaw joints, muscles, bite, facial development, sleep quality, and overall health may influence one another. Our goal is to identify underlying contributors and support the body’s natural function whenever possible through thoughtful, conservative, and personalized care.

We provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for sleep apnea and snoring, TMJ dysfunction, clenching and grinding, and airway-related concerns in adults and children. Our services include oral appliance therapy, TMJ orthotics, airway-focused orthodontics and expansion therapies including MARPE/MASPE, pediatric airway evaluation and growth guidance, and integrative and regenerative therapies such as procaine trigger point therapy, ozone, and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF).

For growing children, we place particular emphasis on airway and facial development, recognizing that breathing patterns, tongue function, sleep, and oral development can have effects that extend well beyond the teeth.
