You get your brush slightly wet, tap it into the powder. Brush your teeth thoroughly as you normally would. Once you’re finished brushing, you can spit out the excess, but don’t rinse. Simply leave the powder on your teeth and it will continue to remineralize your teeth after you finish brushing.
