Swish a small amount in your mouth for 30–60 seconds
Spit out—do not rinse with water

If you use our tooth powder, we recommend waiting 3–5 minutes after brushing before using the mouthwash. This allows minerals from brushing to remain on the teeth before rinsing.

Avoid rinsing with water afterward to allow the ingredients to stay on your teeth and gums longer, continuing to support your daily oral hygiene routine.

We love this as an alternative to mint because one of my children really doesn’t like mint flavored anything. It helps his teeth and it even freshens his breath despite the lack of mint. Even better for kids with the little pump attachment too! Overall it’s a great choice for kids or folks who are sensitive to mint.

I am writing this with my mouthwash swishing in my mouth right now. I love the citrus taste. The ingredients are all natural and lovely. It feels good to use the colloidal silver in my mouth. The plantain and marshmallow are a wonderful, soothing anti inflammatory combo. Highly recommend. I’m about to order more! Not sure if all bottles leak, but mine did so I had to store upright and in a bag when traveling.

I have used the mint flavor previously, but was not overly impressed with the citrus taste. To be fair, I've never been much of a citrus fan anyway. If a berry version (like the toothpaste) were available, I would prefer that hands down over the other flavors.

Just received the order yesterday but I have used it twice, last night before bed and this morning.
I like the mouth wash, you can smell the citrus and it taste nice, not harsh and doesn't burn. I love the tongue cleaner, I thougt I was cleaning my tongue good but apparently not, it does wonders. The powder has yet to be seen, still early with this process. I'll update later for that part. The floss is nice, not enough..lol

I love the light vanilla like flavor of this mouthwash! Not only is it all natural ingredients, nothing synthetic, but I have miraculously seen my teeth remineralize by using this product. I've had severe dry mouth for over 40 years, having an infected salivary gland removed, and never being told just how damaging low saliva is to teeth!! I have enjoyed the flavor and the benefit of the mouthwash. There isn't a bitter aftertaste, and I feel like I'm helping my teeth each time I use it.

Delicious and Healing

I love the taste of this mouthwash and I love that it is helping to remineralize my teeth while fleshing my breath without a minty flavor. I pair it with the citrus tooth powder and I’m thrilled to have found these products.

Great with an appliance!

After brushing with the mineralizing toothpaste, I rinse with Fresh Citrus mouthwash before I put in an appliance. I'm awaiting an implant - it's a front tooth. My teeth and gums feel very clean even with the appliance, and I feel good about helping to keep the teeth under it mineralizing while its on. The effect of the mouthwash lasts for a long time, and you don't need much for each rinse. I highly recommend it!

Unexpectedly refreshing

I have always used mint mouthwash but I have been enjoying this citrus flavor. It leaves my mouth feeling refreshed and clean.

Love the orange zest of this mouthwash. All the benefits of the mint original but something different and unique. Highly recommend. I've tried other brands ... Dr. Freeman is J is the gold standard.

Using the remineralizing mouthwash over the past year has eliminated tooth sensitivity and helped the overall health of my mouth. My teeth actually feel stronger.
