Didn’t care for it. The pump and the plastic holder felt unstable when you use the pump. I kept the shot glass which makes a dose just right.

I've been using the whitening powder for about a year at this point. I've also been using a fluoride free toothpaste at night and then a waterpik to get the residual food still in my mouth. Looks like I have gotten this dental routine working!!!
I also told the hygienist I didn't need the 'goodie' bag - toothbrush, toothpaste and floss - since I choose to keep using the 'clean' products and honestly don't want to have guest use the standard dental products out there.

I haven't used it long enough to evaluate any benefit, but the few times I've tried it, I didn't like the strong alcohol aftertaste.
