How do I take Tooth & Bone Formula?

For ongoing maintenance, take 2 capsules in the morning. For more intensive support, if you weigh 150 pounds or more, take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening.

Should I pick the vitamin D capsules or the liquid?

The capsules provide 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 each, and one bottle holds 60. The liquid provides 2,000 IU per dropperful, with 55 servings in a bottle, and is the easier choice for kids and for anyone who would rather not swallow capsules. Both include vitamin K as K1 and K2.

Is the chewable only for kids?

It is formulated for children ages 4 and up, at 2 tablets a day. Adults who have trouble swallowing capsules use it too.

Do I still need my tooth powder?

Yes. Supplements support your teeth from the inside. A tooth powder with hydroxyapatite, the mineral your teeth are made of, cares for your enamel from the outside. They are designed to work together.

Can I take these with other supplements or medications?
