Dr. Reshma Nazir, DDS, FFDRCSI, is completely committed to providing patients with the highest level of care possible. Having graduated from dental school in 1993, Dr. Nazir has more than three decades of experience in the dental arena.

She worked for several years in the UK, India and the Middle East, before moving to the United States for a promising and brighter future. Since 2000, having landed in California first, she provided Holistic Dental care in the Orange County and Long Beach communities for over 6 years, before moving to the Bay Area for Marriage and Love! Dr. Nazir associated at several dental offices in Pinole, Richmond, Oakland and Fremont before deciding to realize her “Dream Practice” in the beautiful environs of Mount Diablo and Blackhawk.

At long last, Dr. Nazir, started her own practice in the fabulous Blackhawk Plaza with the main goal to focus on her passion for building long-term relationships with both her adult, pediatric and geriatric dental patients whom she simply adores!

Trained as a Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Nazir was one of the youngest dentists to obtain the Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland at age 28. During her five-year residency training, she learned the latest and greatest in surgical techniques. Additionally, she pursued training in Dental Implants at the Branemark Institute in London with Nobel Biocare, who were the pioneering implant makers in the world.

On the advice of her peers and patients alike and while having to wait an inordinately long period of time for the coveted “green card”, Dr. Nazir focused on “skilling up” and went ahead and also got additionally Certified in Orthodontics. So she can and does provide a Comprehensive set of services to her patients. No wonder she is known as the “Super Dentist” who can do everything in a setting that is calm, peaceful and sublime where she can practice Holistic dentistry at its finest.

Dr. Nazir is an active member of her community, and has volunteered her time and expertise with the Give Kids A Smile program and at the Davis Street Family Resource Center in San Leandro, California. She’s also a member in good standing of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Contra Costa County Dental Association as well as membership of ICOI, IAOMT , Holistic Dentist Association. Additionally she is SMART Certified by the IAOMT.
