How long do I need to take Gut Well?

Gut Well is designed to help support gut health, which can take 3–6 months depending on individual needs. It is recommended to use the supplement until digestive discomfort, nourishment, and elimination symptoms have improved. For ongoing support, it may be used as part of a daily wellness routine.
Should I Take the Capsules or the Powder?

The powder absorbs easier, and if you have poor gut function, will be easier to digest.  The powder does make a tasty drink.
