I really love the concept of a way of remineralizing my teeth. I gave up on commercial toothpaste years ago. Recently, I've been using baking soda because my dental hygienist assured me that baking soda was the least abrasive toothpaste, 2nd only to water. But, I wear a retainer at night, so I have to rinse my mouth after brushing, and I'm wondering how much "mineralization" is happening in that brief encounter with the tooth. I have a soft spot on a tooth, that my dentist wants to drill and fill and I am hoping for some effect before January. Also, I wish there was an unflavored option. I take homeopathic remedies daily, and have to juggle the application of toothpowder away from the remedies timing.
