Use after brushing with toothpaste or tooth powder
Swish a small amount in your mouth for 30–60 seconds
Spit out—do not rinse with water

If you use our Remineralizing Tooth Powder, brush first and wait 3–5 minutes before using the mouthwash. This allows enamel-supporting minerals from brushing to remain on the teeth before rinsing.

Avoid rinsing with water afterward to allow the ingredients—especially the prebiotics and botanicals—to remain on the gums and teeth longer, continuing to support gum comfort and oral balance.

How often should I use it? Use one to two times daily, ideally after brushing.

The product itself is awesome, and I would have given it 5 starts, since my whole family uses it, but they just switched the mouthwash bottle from glass to plastic, which is a big 'no' for me. So I had to cancel my subscription for this item.

No need to dread the spice like most mouthwash. The Soothing Mint flavor is perfect. It cleans, remineralizes, and refreshes with just the right touch of flavor. The freshness lasts longer than most mouthwashes. I also like that it comes in a glass bottle and not a plastic one.

I really like this brand of mouth wash and I like that with this one I am freshening my breathe but also helping my gum health! I will say though that my latest bottle separated and left a liquid top layer and a weird goopy bottom layer that won’t seem to properly mix. Not normal though so I’ll keep trying the product.

The mouthwash is amazing. WHY would you change to a PLASTIC bottle?!? The glass bottle was one of the main reasons I loved it so much. Everything is plastic, comes in plastic, touches plastic, and this was in a glass bottle! Until the last order. And on top of that, there was ZERO warning. I would definitely have cancelled my order for the mouthwash if I had been properly warned, but now I'm stuck with two bottles of plastic. SO disappointed with you guys. When I chatted with their AI assistant, it first tried to tell me it was because there is more micro plastic in certain painted lids on glass bottles than there is in the bottle, but the lids weren't metal! It had nothing to do with the lid that comes on this bottle. And then when I called it out, it said yes, you're right, we are also trying to cut down on bottles breaking as well as shipping costs. Sure didn't see ANY sort of discount on my shipping. So, no. I have yet to get a true reason for the switch and I will no longer be getting my mouthwash here.

We’re very sorry for the disappointment and frustration this change caused. We completely understand why the glass packaging was important to you, and we should have communicated the transition more clearly before customers began receiving the new bottles.

We transitioned the mouthwash to a BPA-free, food-contact PET bottle primarily because of ongoing issues with glass bottles breaking during shipping and the safety concerns associated with broken glass during shipping and in the bathroom. The mouthwash formula itself has not changed.

We also sincerely apologize for the inaccurate and confusing explanation you received from our chat assistant. The information about the previous bottle lids was not relevant to your question and should not have been presented as the reason for this change.

We know that even with an explanation, plastic packaging may simply not be something you want, and we respect that. Your feedback about both the packaging and the lack of advance notice is important, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it.
