Custom-Fit No Flow Trays. Molded to Your Teeth in Under a Minute.

• Fits Your Teeth, Not a Template – Dip in hot water, press on, hold 30 seconds. The tray molds to your smile so gel sits evenly on every tooth, including the curves strips miss.
• No Flow Seal – The upper tray seals at the gum line, so gel stays on your enamel instead of running onto your gums or down your throat.
• Pen Applicator Included – Dab gel onto a single tooth for touch-ups between full courses.
• Reusable 100+ Times – Thick, shape-holding trays that last course after course. Reshape anytime in hot water.

Two trays (upper and lower) plus one applicator. Gel sold separately; works with the Enamel-Safe Whitening Gel.

Product Details

The trays are half of the whitening. These are the same custom-fit No Flow trays that come in the Enamel-Safe Whitening Kit.

Strips and one-size mouthpieces sit where they land. A thermoformable tray molds to your own teeth, so the gel is held evenly against every surface, including the curves at the edges of your smile that strips miss.

The No Flow design adds a lip that seals the upper tray at the gum line. Gel stays on your enamel instead of running onto your gums or down your throat, which means more whitening per session and less waste.

Each pack also includes a pen applicator. Dab gel onto a single tooth that is lagging behind, or touch up between full courses, without filling a whole tray.

What's in the Pack:

  • Two thermoformable No Flow trays (one upper, one lower)
  • One pen applicator for single-tooth touch-ups

Who It's For:

  • Anyone who has lost or damaged a tray from their kit
  • A second person in the household who wants to whiten (trays are molded to one mouth and should never be shared)
  • Someone whose teeth or dental work have changed since their trays were first molded
  • Anyone who wants a spare set so a course never has to wait

Reusable 100+ times, and reshapeable in hot water anytime. Gel sold separately. Not intended for children under 12.

How to Shape and Use the Trays

Shape once, then use them for every course.

Step 1: Shape your trays
Hold a tray by its tab and dip it into water heated to about 175°F (just before boiling, when small bubbles form) for 10 to 15 seconds, until it turns soft. Shake off the water, place it on your upper or lower teeth, and use your fingers and tongue to press it into shape. Close your mouth and suck the air out for a snug fit. Hold for 30 seconds, then trim off the tab. Repeat for the second tray. If the fit is not right, reheat and reshape.

Step 2: Fill and wear
Brush as usual, then squeeze a small line of Enamel-Safe Whitening Gel along the side of each tray that faces the front of your teeth. Wear for 60 to 90 minutes, then remove the trays and rinse your mouth with water.

Step 3: Use the pen applicator for touch-ups
Dip the applicator in a little gel and dab it onto a single tooth. Leave it for the same 60 to 90 minutes, then rinse.

Step 4: Rinse and store
Rinse the trays in cool water after every session, let them air dry, and keep them in their box. Use cool water only for cleaning. Heat is what softens the trays for shaping, so hot water will undo your custom fit.

What's Included & Care

In the box:

  • Two thermoformable No Flow whitening trays, one upper and one lower, the same trays that ship in the Enamel-Safe Whitening Kit
  • One pen applicator for single-tooth touch-ups

Caring for your trays:

  • Rinse in cool water after every session and let them air dry

  • If the fit loosens, reheat in hot water for 10 to 15 seconds and remold
  • Rated for 100+ uses; replace if a tray cracks or no longer reshapes to a snug fit

Whitening Tray Replacement Pack by Living Well with Dr. Michelle: two custom-fit moldable mouth trays and applicator, shown with the tray box

Whitening Tray Replacement Pack (2 Custom-Fit Trays + Applicator)

Custom-fit No Flow whitening trays: fits your teeth, not a template. No Flow seal keeps gel on enamel, molded to your teeth, reusable 100+ times. Shape once in under a minute: dip in hot water, press onto your teeth, trim the tab.

Fits Your Teeth, Not a Template

Custom-molded trays hold the gel where it works: evenly, on every tooth, and off your gums

A whitening gel is only as good as what holds it against your teeth. Strips slide and miss the edges. One-size mouthpieces leave gaps. A tray molded to your own smile puts the gel exactly where it needs to be, for the full session.

  • Even Contact on Every Tooth – Molded in hot water to your own teeth, so the gel reaches the curves and edges strips never do.
  • No Flow Seal – A lip at the back of the upper tray seals against your gum line, so gel stays on enamel instead of your gums or throat.
  • Built to Last – Thick, shape-holding material rated for 100+ uses. Reshape anytime if your fit changes.
  • Pen Applicator Included – For single-tooth touch-ups between full courses, no tray needed.

The same trays that come in the Enamel-Safe Whitening Kit.

Shape Once. Use for Every Course.

Under a minute per tray, and you can redo it anytime

No molds, no dentist visit, no waiting. Hot water, 30 seconds of pressure, trim the tab.

  • Step 1: Heat – Hold the tray by its tab and dip it in water heated to about 175°F for 10 to 15 seconds, until it turns soft.
  • Step 2: Press and seal – Place it on your teeth, press with your fingers and tongue, close your mouth and suck the air out. Hold for 30 seconds.
  • Step 3: Trim the tab – Snip off the handle and repeat for the second tray. Not snug? Reheat and go again.
  • Step 4: Fill and wear – A small line of Enamel-Safe Whitening Gel along the front of each tray, 60 to 90 minutes, then rinse.
  • After each session – Rinse the trays in cool water, let them air dry, and store them in their box.

Good to know: never share trays between people, and the trays are not intended for children under 12.

Two trays, one applicator, 100+ sessions.

Created by a Dentist Who Wanted a Whitening Kit She Could Actually Recommend

When Dr. Michelle Jorgensen faced her own health challenges linked to traditional dental materials, she knew there had to be a better way. As both a dentist and a naturopath, she dedicated her career to uncovering safer, natural alternatives that protect oral health without exposing the body to unnecessary chemicals.

Whitening was the one category she kept saying no to. Peroxide gets teeth whiter, but she watched it leave patients with sensitive, porous enamel, and she would not put her name on that tradeoff.

Custom trays were part of the answer. A tray molded to your own teeth holds the gel evenly and keeps it off your gums, which is how dentists have always delivered whitening. These are the trays she chose for her Enamel-Safe Whitening Kit, with a pen applicator for touch-ups.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these the same trays that come in the Enamel-Safe Whitening Kit?

Yes. They are the identical custom-fit No Flow trays, one upper and one lower, that ship in every kit. This pack adds a pen applicator for single-tooth touch-ups.

Whitening gel is not included. Pair the trays with the Enamel-Safe Whitening Gel Refill, or start with the full kit if you are new to whitening.

Does the pack include whitening gel?

No. This pack is trays and the applicator only. The gel is sold as the Enamel-Safe Whitening Gel Refill, one 10 ml syringe marked by day for a full 10-day course. If you are whitening for the first time, the Enamel-Safe Whitening Kit includes both the gel and the trays.

How do I shape the trays?

Hold a tray by its tab and dip it into water heated to about 175°F, just before boiling, for 10 to 15 seconds until it turns soft. Shake off the water, place it on your upper or lower teeth, press it into shape with your fingers and tongue, then close your mouth and suck the air out for a snug fit. Hold for 30 seconds and trim off the tab. Repeat with the second tray.

It takes under a minute per tray, and if the fit is not right you can reheat and reshape as many times as you need.

What if my trays do not fit right the first time?

You can reshape them. Dip the tray back into hot water for 10 to 15 seconds and mold it again. Most people get a snug fit on the first or second try. If you are molding the upper tray, make sure the No Flow lip at the back is sitting against your gum line so the gel stays sealed in.

The instruction sheet in your box has a QR code that opens a short tray-shaping video if you would rather watch than read.

How long do the trays last, and when should I replace them?

The trays are rated for 100 or more uses. At 10 sessions per course, that is 10 or more full whitening courses from one pair, as long as you rinse them in cool water and store them in their box between sessions.

Replace a tray if it cracks, if it has warped and no longer reshapes to a snug fit, if it is lost, or if your teeth or dental work have changed enough that the old mold no longer matches your smile.

Can two people share one set of trays?

No. Each tray is molded to one person's teeth, so it will not seal properly on anyone else, and sharing mouth trays is not hygienic. If a second person in your home wants to whiten, this pack gives them their own set to shape, and they can use gel from the same syringe or their own refill.

What is the pen applicator for?

Touch-ups. If one tooth is lagging behind the rest, or you want a quick refresh between full courses without filling both trays, dip the applicator in a little gel and dab it onto that tooth. Leave it for the same 60 to 90 minutes, then rinse.

How do I clean and store the trays?

Rinse them in cool water after every session, let them air dry, and keep them in their box. Use cool water only for cleaning. Heat is what softens the trays for shaping, so hot water or a dishwasher will undo your custom fit.
